Madison Realty Capital provides commercial real estate financing for borrowers in unique and time-sensitive situations anywhere in the United States. Brief Description of Responsibilities: As an intern, I worked for one of the top loan officers at Madison Realty Capital. The first week or so, I listened in on phone conversations where deals were being put together for loans to get an idea of what it sounds like to sell to a borrower or broker. But I also had to learn about the company's lending guidelines and parameters. Also, I looked up properties to see where and how they were located in certain regions all over the country. (ie. growing neighborhoods/cities, average income in area ,value of land in area. etc)
