Brief Description of Responsibilities: Interns assist in all aspects of VPCC facility operation; promotion, including, but not limited to: Produce or maintain press releases, web site content, marketing materials, graphics, advertisements, photographs, promotional campaigns, bios, highlights. Organize entertainment, promotional contests, PA announcements, amusements, announcements, national anthem singers; Develop and maintain contact lists for media and sponsors; Organize and categorize all marketing related materials; Inform organizations and businesses of both group and season ticket sales programs. Design World Series of Cycling program inserts; Assist with day-to-day sponsorship fulfillment activities (retrieve and deliver tickets, artwork, etc.)
