Management Trainee Program:



The Coca-Cola Enterprises Management Trainee Program is designed to develop talented students into high performing managers and leaders within the sales, supply chain and manufacturing functions. Training location will be Cincinnati, Ohio. After successful completion of program, candidates will be assigned to one of our 50+ locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania.

The Management Trainee Program is made up of the following building blocks that are critical to leadership development:

Functional Rotations – During the program, you’ll rotate through our Sales, Sales Operations and Supply Chain functions gaining exposure to Account Management, Merchandising, Customer Sales Calls, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution.

Mentor Relationship – Critical to your development will be relationships with high-performing leaders at CCE who have proven themselves as drivers of business performance and developers of people. You will attend various staff meetings, luncheons with Business Unit Leadership Team members, and other business/strategy sessions with your mentors.

Structured Development – You will receive structured training and development through multiple media. Technical and leadership skills will be delivered through on-line and classroom-based experiences. As a final step in your training, you’ll be given a special assignment where you will be challenged to apply the skills you’ve learned throughout the training program in real business situations.

JOB SUMMARY:

In an I/S Analyst position, individuals will receive 4-6 weeks of classroom training & up to six months of on the job training. Incumbents will have had continued access to training and development opportunities, mentoring, and long-term career growth. I/S Analysts have a dual career path: joining an Applications team to support one our business markets, assisting with various aspects of information processing services to provide timely, quality software solutions; or, join one of our Infrastructure teams focusing on end-user computing, applications monitoring, network engineering, user support, or desktop technologies.



JOB DUTIES:

Job responsibilities for assignment within an Application team:

∙ Assist in the development and enhancement of software from details specifications.

∙ Transforms change requests into general specifications.

This event is to help students sharpen their interview skills and have their resume critiqued by a professional. This generous employer is not conducting interviews for positions with Wolsely North America, but will be here to share their career wisdom and professional expertise with interested students who would like to practice their interview technique. They will conduct 30 minute, one-on-one interviews to provide constructive feedback which can improve your skills. Since there is no job description involved, students are asked to bring a copy of their resume to the session and indicate which career field(s) they are interested in. Wolsely North America will do their best to customize the experience to benefit your individual needs.
