Who can live in NYCIntern Housing? NYCIntern is only for college student interns.

Where are the apartments located? The apartments are near 34th Street and Broadway, just steps from the 34th Street subway station, providing easy access to most areas in Manhattan.

Are there kitchen facilities in the residences? Yes! Each apartment has its own full-sized kitchen fully furnished with a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Each apartment also includes pots and pans, dishes and silverware.

Can I room with a person whom I already know, or are the roommates assigned randomly? Students interested in staying together must both indicate roommate preference on the application.

Does the rental fee include all costs? Yes, there are no additional costs for utilities or internet.

What do I have to pay when submitting my online application? In addition to the $50 application fee, NYCIntern requires that you also pay $500 security deposit up front. The remainder of your fee is due April 1, 2009.
