Brief Description of Company or Organization: FASE mentoring is a program at IU that equips its students to succeed by providing a one on one relationship with an IU faculty or staff member, academic assistance, social opportunities and on campus support structure. This program is designed to instruct and help students graduate in four years.

Description of Duties: Creating and developing a newsletter for 21st Century Scholars and various speaking engagements, the development of the newsletter required using interviewing skills, writing, editing, and others, the speaking engagements necessitated using interpersonal skills as well as the ability to synthesize complex sources of information.
