Brief Description of Company or Organization: Hollister is one of the fastest growing lifestyle brands in the nation. They design, merchandise, and market their clothing.
Description of Duties: Internship will be focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of running a store. Training is structured in two-week implements. Each period the trainee will shaow a different member of the management team providing exposure to men’s and women’s merchandising, recruiting, scheduling, and basic principles of management. The store manager will conduct weekly performance assessments.
