Brief Description of Company or Organization: “This is the park district for my home town. They offer all types of programs for members of the community of all ages. The park district also puts on different events or festivals throughout the summer. There is also an aquatic park that is frequently rented out for special events and parties.”
Responsibilities of Internship: “I will be managing different locations at local festivals, I will be working on promoting different community events, I will be setting up and taking down anything involved with the events/festivals. I will also be doing a little office work such as papers, following budgets and anything else that needs to be taken care of. Finally I will be attending staff meetings.
