Brief Description of Company or Organization: WFHB is a community radio station that is run primarily by volunteers. The station showcases a wide variety of music and concentrates on local, community news and concerns.

Brief Description of Responsibilities: Work two positions at the station. Primary position in news production where focus will be on the technical aspects of radio news—also learn how to use equipment and editing programs. In second capacity will work as what is known as “desk jockey”. This position teaches ins and outs of working in radio. Perform general office duties and fill in for other members of the staff when they are absent. Position gives good idea of what every job at station is like.
