Brief Description of Company or Organization: The Brechenridge Group provides programs for employees of corporations as well as small businesses to learn about new technology and more efficient means by which they can recruit people to work for their company. Breckenridege holds seminars nationwide for employees, but it is based in Tampa and Naperville. It works closely with TCG (a company that provides databases and other technological devises for corporations' employee and applicant tracking) and Hunter HCM, which is basically an executive employment agency. Simply, this is a human resource agency.
Description of Duties:Much of the work is administrative (scanning files, filing), write articles for a newsletter, learn about new databases that they are using, getting trained to speak on the phone with recruiters from corporations to spark their interest in the programs that Breckenridege offers and verify Breckenridge's contact information
