The company distributes it services through three primary channels: the Advisers channel (a network of personal financial advisers around the country), the Wholesale channel (unaffiliated brokers/dealers, registered investment advisers and retirement platforms), and the Institutional channel (pension plans, defined benefit plans and endowments).
Description of Duties: Assisting site supervisor with recruiting advisers to fill positions at the company. Conducting interviews, attending career fairs, and using Internet searches to find possible job candidates.
