Brief Description of Company or Organization: BBC Worldwide is affiliated with the BBC, but also works with other production companies by essentially renting their shows. Worldwide also sells, or rents, shows to other companies through a series of joint ventures. BBC Worldwide's media outlets include television shows, films, radio stations, magazines, books, and downlaodable clips.
Description of Duties: Work as a "press officer" in the press office, which includes putting together information packets, arranging meetings, assembling and distributing promotional materials, finding media online as requested by staff some web work (minimal).
