Brief Description of Company or Organization: BCAT is a local TV station run out of the Monroe Library. This station comes through on channels 3 and 12. Channel 3 consists of programs produced by CATS staff. These are usually city council, country council, or city planning meetings.
Description of Duties: Operate the master control room, check out equipment to citizens, dubbed tapes, office duties at front desk.
