Brief Description of Company or Organization: The goal of the Hudson and Holland Honors Program is to increase the number of high achieving students from diverse and under-represented backgrounds. The program encourages academic excellence and provides scholarships, personalized academic advising and mentoring, leadership and career development seminars, and social/cultural activities.

Description of Duties: The main purpose of this internship was to research whether the Hudson and Holland Scholar Program could benefit from their won alumni accociation. She asked me to research how other alumni associations begin their clubs and what sorts of events they hold to encourage participation.
