Networking Internship Opportunity with the Walt Disney Company

I am a member of the campus representative team here at Indiana University for the Disney College Program and I want to thank you for taking some time to learn more about this amazing opportunity for your students. The Disney College Program is a chance for students to learn how to apply what they have learned in school in a real world setting with a Fortune 100 company. Students are given a role within the parks, resorts, or other Disney owned properties in either Anaheim, CA or Lake Buena Vista, FL where they learn skills such as customer relations, working in a fast paced environment, efficiently managing operations, and significantly increasing their communication skills within a diverse environment, in addition to lessons learned through specific roles within the company. Upon completion, students will already have their foot in the door with the Walt Disney Company and its many affiliates. In fact, many high level Disney employees started their careers as a participant in this program throughout its 30 year history. If students would like to learn more about this program, they can check out our website at www.disneycollegeprogram.com. Students may apply for the program online and are encouraged to attend our on-campus presentations.

This semester, our presentations are

September 26th at 5 pm in Ballantine 109
September 27th at 12 pm in HPER 125

If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to get involved, please feel free to contact me. Our team is made up of students who have all participated in this program and have experienced the value and benefits of the internship. We are hoping to increase awareness and participation in the program here at IU and would appreciate your help!
