Brief Description of Company/Organization: Darkhound Productions is a production company at Indiana University. It is a student run organization, but has faculty support. They have recently began working on a feature film that will be created in Bloomington, "Petunia", which will be the project I will work on.
Brief Description of Responsibilities: responsible for all marketing and special events surrounding the film. I will conduct outreach to students and faculty on campus, as well as residents and business people in Bloomington. It is my responsible, as well as the team that will work under me, to generate buzz about the film in pre-production and post-production. Also, I will be responsible for planning all events for the cast and extras. This includes the movie premier and all events conducted for fundraising. I will also work on some public relations aspects like press releases, backgrounders, and fact sheets to give to the media.
