Brief Description of Company/Organization: Local volunteer-based organization that creates a weekly radio show for community radio, with the purpose of sharing stories and preserving storytelling traditions. Also organizes live storytelling events in the community and keeps stories in a free archive online.

Brief Description of Responsibilities: My responsibilities as the Outreach Coordinator intern would be to create connections with the community in order to make more storytelling opportunities. I would be in charge of researching partners we could collaborate with such as individuals or organizations, creating informational brochures to distribute around the city and in schools, planning live storytelling events, and promoting and generating interest for the project.
