The Bloomington Storytelling Project is proud to announce it's 29 Stories in 29 Days STORY DRIVE begins TODAY! For the month of February we are trying to record 29 stories in the field (this means ANYwhere you want) and in the studio (this means at the WFHB station on 4th st, on the corner of College Ave) and we need YOUR HELP!
What's in it for you?
Firstly, the first 29 participants (those who record any true story) will receive a WFHB CD of music, as well as an original WFHB mug.
But that's not all!
We are also going to have a raffle for everyone who records a story to win a red Porch Swing gift basket filled with over $100 worth of gifts from local businesses. (Some items include: free Plan Nine movie rentals, $25 to Bloomingfoods, $20 to Dats restaurant, free items at Rachael's Cafe, $20 to Sweet Claire's Gourmet Bakery, and more!)
All you need to do is write us here at storytelling@wfhb.org and say that, yes, you would like to record a story this month for the STORY DRIVE. Make your story pledge now!
It's fast and easy - recording only takes as long as your story takes to tell and we can meet you virtually anywhere! Everyone has great stories - it's time to share yours with your community!
