Food plays
an important and often unacknowledged role in our identities.
The ways we
eat and what we eat affect how we interact with others, and understanding the
role of food in our lives can help us in the process of building an inclusive
environment.
Join us for
a series of roundtable discussions, poetry reading, and fresh fruit!
Speakers will include Professor and poet Ross Gay, IU’s RPS dietician Rachel
Noirot, and passionate IU students. Topics to be discussed include:
Community
and Sustainability
Poverty
Family and
Culture
