The
Resource Development internship is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable
experience and knowledge by serving in leadership roles under the direct
supervision of the Executive Director and Resource Development Director of the
Boys and Girls Clubs of Bloomington. Be a part of an organization that
continually strives to more effectively impact the lives of the children in this
community. Lead committees, develop operational documents, work closely
with board members, and gain an understanding of the day to day operations of a
not-for-profit organization. Work closely with the Resource Development
Director in special event and campaign planning, stewardship activities,
database management, etc.
Candidate must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, time management and communication skills. Candidate should possess ability to gather information through investigative research. Candidate should be able to handle multiple ongoing tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should have an interest and/or training in education and youth development.
