Liberal Arts & Management Program (LAMP) Information Sessions

WHAT IS LAMP?

LAMP is a selective interdisciplinary certificate program that supplements the strengths of a liberal arts discipline with the practical skills of business management. Collaborative and motivated, our students form a close-knit learning community with faculty and alumni.

Both in and outside of the classroom, LAMP’s unique curriculum asks its students to analyze issues critically, evaluate problems from multiple perspectives, and hone the communications skills needed to meet challenges, both great and small, from an informed, creative, and ethical point of view.

IS LAMP THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?
LAMP students are, as a group, students with diverse interests who seek an interdisciplinary educational experience. They are students who are interested in pursuing a major in the College of Arts and Sciences (either a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science), but they are also interested in studying principles of management, business, and problem solving. LAMP students are leaders who apply their passion for learning within the classroom and the campus community.
