Brief Description of Company/Organization:WCIU is a local broadcast station in Chicago, with affiliates in Indiana. They produce original programming as well as cover local events and scripted television shows, many of which are syndicated programs.

Brief Description of Responsibilities: On-Air Promotion Interns will assist in the preparation of on-air promotional elements for broadcast, screen programs for clips and log shows. In the screening process, interns are encouraged to identify promotable themes within shows for our Chicago and Indiana stations.  Interns will write creative copy for promos and voice-overs and observe the overall on-air promotional process from concept to broadcast
