1. Important Notice About Your myJobs Account - Please Read

The staff of the IU Career Development Center and Arts & Sciences Career Services is always looking for ways to improve our services and make the job search process easier for you. We are excited to announce a transition from the current vendor of your myJobs account, CSO, to a new program called Symplicity. Symplicity is the leading program of its kind and we believe it will make the process of finding opportunities and applying for positions much easier for you.

The reason we are contacting you today is that, on May 19th, our new version of myJobs will launch and you will no longer have access to any stored resumes, cover letters, or other information currently housed in your myJobs account. We will be reaching out to you in May with more information on this transition and steps to activate your new myJobs account, but we wanted to make sure you have the opportunity to download and save any information in your current account that you don't want to lose during the transition.

If you have any questions in the interim, don't hesitate to contact Alan Gusse, Recruitment Coordinator, at (812)-855-0576 or agusse@indiana.edu.

Students and faculty interested in international development or making a difference around the world are urged to attend an upcoming event on Tuesday, March 25, in State Room West at the Indiana Memorial Union, featuring Peace Corps' top ranking recruitment director. Helen Lowman served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand from 1988-90, and she credits that experience with inspiring her career trajectory - including working for Peace Corps as a country director in China and Mongolia and as a regional director overseeing programs in Europe, the Mediterranean and Asia. Lowman will speak about how Peace Corps service helped shape her own life's work and offer advice on how to build a career that is rewarding both personally and professionally.
