Culture of Care is an IUSA initiative that focuses on educating
students on bystander intervention. Through programs, partnering with other
student organizations and extensive tabling, we hope to spread awareness of our
four focus areas: mental health, sexual wellbeing, respect, and drug and
alcohol awareness. We also directly train students in bystander intervention
through our StepUp! program. It's our vision that we can create a more safe,
open, and welcoming campus where all Hoosiers look out for one another.
This is our third annual Culture of Care Week and it should be a
great week of events! Our steering committee has worked hard to develop
educational tabling activities for each day. We will have tables during the day
on Monday through Thursday and great events each afternoon and night. The
Culture of Care Facebook page has more information about the week's events. https://www.facebook.com/CultureOfCare?ref=br_tf
