International internships for Spring and Summer 2011

AIESEC is a student organization here at Indiana University which also exists in over 110 countries around the world. With that being said, AIESEC is the largest student organization in the world. AIESEC was created to promote unity after international conflicts due to WWII. To achieve unity, we send students abroad on international internships organized by local student committees in the respective countries. At the same time, our local committee works on creating opportunities here with local corporations.

AIESEC has more than 8,500 internships in 4 general areas: education, development, management, and technical. Current students and recent graduates are a great fit for any of these internships. Also, as you may know, an international experience is highly regarded by professional schools.

Our education internships are most prominent in Asia countries such as China or India. Most of these internships are paid unless the student works with a NGO. AIESEC’s development internships are prominent throughout our 100+ countries and cover a wide range of areas. Most development internships are not paid, but transportation within countries and lodging is usually provided. The management internships cover a broad range of areas from marketing to finance. Technical internships offer a wide selection of information technology related areas such as data management or software programming. Almost all management and technical internships are paid.
