PRELAW ORIENTATION for Freshmen this Thursday, September 8

Are you interested in even the possibility of attending law school in the future? If so, this meeting should be considered mandatory!

What: PRELAW ORIENTATION for Freshmen
Who: Frank Motley, Dean of IUB Law School (!) and Mac Francis, HPPLC Director/Prelaw Advisor
When: Thursday, September 8, 6:00 to 7:30 PM (quiet latecomers welcome).
Where: Law School Room 123 (corner of 3rd and Indiana).

Why: Applications to law schools have increased dramatically in the last few years. Competition for admission is extremely intense. Early preparation can make all the difference, and can make things much less stressful as well. Learn what really matters, what doesn't, and what you can do now to enhance your credentials that may be very difficult or impossible to do later. Take advantage of this opportunity! Dean Motley is an extremely knowledgeable and entertaining speaker--as well as a nationally recognized expert in law preparation and admissions. This is a unique opportunity. Please take advantage of it -- you will be glad you did!

We expect a large crowd! Come with questions, or just listen. In addition to Dean Motley, IU's Director of the Health Professions and Prelaw Center and Prelaw Advisor, Mac Francis, will describe the range of services available to prelaw students at IUB.

Questions/want more information? Please do not reply to this email; instead, contact HPPLC directly at hpplc@indiana.edu.

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
