Job and Internship Search Strategies Course - 2nd 8 weeks openings

We still have open seats in four (4) of our ASCS Q299: Job and Internship Search Strategies for the Liberal Arts Student sections for second 8 weeks.

Open sections:
Section 8124: MW, 4-5:15 PM
Section 8125: TR, 2:30-3:45 PM
Section 8126: TR, 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM
Section 8724: TR, 4-5:15 PM

ASCS Q299 teaches students how to conduct an effective job search. Students learn fundamental skills, including how to:

Craft a targeted resume outlining relevant skills and qualifications.
Expand on past experiences in a cover letter.
Understand interviewing dynamics from the employer's perspective.
Network effectively.

Q299 is a 2 credit hour, 8 week course that is offered through the College of Arts and Sciences but open to all sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
