The IU Poynter Center is seeking four new
members for its undergraduate Ethics Bowl Team. The team, which traditionally
includes a mix of majors and years, spends two months analyzing and preparing
positions on more than a dozen real-world ethical cases, and then engages rival
teams in a regional competition in early November. If they place well enough at the regional
level (which they often do), they continue on to the spring competition at the
annual meeting of the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics.
Do you know an undergraduate who enjoys lively discussion, analysis, and argumentation, both theoretical and applied? Direct them to read more about the Ethics Bowl Team and how to apply here:http://poynter.indiana.edu/ethicsbowl.shtml.
