No design or drawing experience necessary

Learn about a wide variety of aspects of the design fields in a
small-class, hands-on, and interactive way. Topics include:
•
Learn to “read” the design language of everyday products
you interact with, such as iPods, smart phones, and fashion
•
Develop an informative and visually appealing resume to
promote your own personal brand
•
Evaluate the “user-friendliness” of designs by studying topics
such as emotional design and universal design
•
Learn about the importance of design thinking, sustainability,
and materials to a variety of disciplines and to society itself
