I’d like to remind everyone that Adult Student Resources has
scholarships available for the 2014-15 academic year for students who have
experienced a gap in their education. Plus, the Office of Scholarships
offers the Cox Access Scholarship for students who have experienced at least a
5-year gap in education. The Cox Access scholarship covers 75% of the
total cost of attendance, which is an amazing opportunity for returning adult
students. The deadline to apply for both of these scholarship opportunities
is July 1, 2014.

refer to the Adult Student
Resources website. Please note that the Office of Scholarships
website currently lists March 10th as the deadline for the Cox
Access scholarship. This deadline has been extended to July 1st
and complete application instructions can be found on the ASR website.
If you are working with any new or returning students who
have experienced at least a two-year gap in their education, please be sure to
refer them to the ASR website for possible scholarship opportunities.
